RETURN POLICY

 

Our goal is to ensure our Fab customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase! Thus, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to fix it!

 

Please note: some items and all sale items are final sale; meaning, they are non-refundable and are ineligible to be returned.

All refunds will be issued in form of store credit.

Return Eligibility:

  • Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

  • To guarantee a fast and smooth return process, please contact us with all details pertaining to your order; such as:

    • Your order number, SKU number or the product name.

  • Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days from the day you received your order.

  • All items must still have tags attached, be unworn, does not smell or have perfumes, stains or any other signs of wear.

  • If any item does not meet our return requirements, we will contact you and your item will be shipped back to you at your expense.  

Return Process:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • You are required to email us the tracking number of the item you wish to return.

  • We will begin to process your return as soon as we receive your item, and you will receive your store credit within 3-5 business days upon arrival of the item. 

Exchanges:

  • We are not able to offer exchanges on most items due to limited quantity of products. 

  • Once you receive your store credit you can purchase another fabulous item.

Damaged or Defective items:

  • You have 48 hours to contact us if your item arrives damaged. Thus, please examine your order immediately after receiving it.

  • Please email us at admin@laexquiseboutique.com with pictures of the damaged item, and we will work with you to replace the item if it is determined damage has occurred. 

  • If approved, and upon product's receipt, we will replace & resend your item at our cost. Or, if you prefer, we will process your refund in form of store credit.

  • After 48 hours of arrival, we will no longer be able to replace a damaged item, so be sure to check your order right away!

Missing items/accessories:

  • This should be extremely rare since we check all items/accessories before sending them.

  • However, if it occurs - please contact us and we will offer you a solution.

Size & fitting issues:

  • You are responsible to review the size chart and to select the appropriate size for the clothes you wish to order.

  • If you have received the wrong size, contact us at admin@laexquiseboutique.com indicating the delivered size and the size you ordered.

    • Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.

    • Once we receive your details, we will suggest an exchange for free or provide a refund.
